We were unfortunate in not choosing Sahil in the beginning and went with 'word of mouth' referral, choosing the wrong roof guy, who not only lie to us, was unskilled and very unprofessional. We had water ingress threat on multiple locations due to cracked/broken tiles, deteriorating pointing/bedding and insufficient fall in gutters and also missing spreader, gutters had insufficient gutter brackets installed, we were told we had no cracked tiles when in fact we had many cracked/broken tiles as well as leaves, dirt and debris have been painted over as the roof was not properly cleaned and prepped prior to painting and some even cracked tiles were silicon seal and painted over. It was poor quality work and very stressful at the time.Fortunately Sahil and his team was able to help restore our house back. Initially I had my doubts, when Sahil says don't worry we'll fix it back as good as new. I got worried, because that was what the previous tradie told me and I had already lost my trust in tradies by that time. But Sahil was true to his words, he looks as young as my own kids, yet so skilled, talented, honest, attention to details, takes responsibility, accountability and pride in his work. It is rare to see, especially for a tradie and someone so young. Only great a future for someone with all these qualities.Thank you so very much, Sahil. Me and my family couldn't be any more happier.
